A New-Construction Modern Tiny House on an Acre of Land at the Base of National Forest. Literally walk to the lake, eateries, or the beautiful hike/bike trails to reservoirs, overlooks, and boulder fields. This 500 sf retreat has a quiet bedroom sporting a King bed, an adjoining bath with walk-in shower, washer/dryer and an open bright kitchen, dining and living room area. There's also a covered Patio with a grill to relax on and take in our spectacular starry nights. The Marmot is a perfect quiet retreat for two. Due to the home’s size, no more than three overnight guests, please. Please inquire and request set-up before with us if you would like the travel crib provided or kids books/toys to be put out. Please check the pet fee line if bringing a pet so we can pay the cleaner for the extra cleaning time. The well-equipped kitchen, king-sized bed, washer and dryer, and walk-in shower were ideal for our needs. The owners were responsive and accommodating. Adding a handrail to the flagstone stairs and a thicker curtain for the sliding door would be nice improvements. We were fortunate to see the Palmer Lake Star lit one evening. ##### Mark K.
