It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The house is clean and comfortable, the host responded in a timely manner when I had questions. The house was very convenient to many attractions, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, restaurants and shopping! We were very comfortable was perfect for the 6 of us! Loved the fireplace and couches so comfy! We enjoyed the big dining table for our meals! I will defintely like to return in the future! Highly recommend this home and the host was amazing!
