Springs, Breckenridge, Fossil beds, mountains Private studio Casita (connected by 20ft patio in back of home), full bath, hot tub (yours during your stay). Separate entry (sidewalk around house, threw gate, please keep closed). Lots of parking (left side, by sidewalk and " Welcome sign"). I do have a dog Parker, but he is friendly (please let me know if this concerns you, I'll keep him away )🙂. Picnic table, great views (1mile long gravel loop road for morning hike) , bbq grill, 2- mountain bikes for riding on the many miles of gravel roads in CME, wildlife, peaceful. Queen bed, hutch, TV, DVD, kitchenette (full fridge, sink, micro, coffee maker, etc..), dining area and living area . Yard games, gazebo ( with gas heat). Bryan is super fast in his responses and both he and Nadine welcomed us as if we were longtime friends. The location is off the beaten path, but still within an hour drive to pretty much anywhere you’d want to go. It was always nice to end an evening in the hot tub as the temp started to drop. We would recommend this property to anyone that wants to be surrounded by beautiful mountains and several wandering deer.
