We liked that it was private. Had some trouble trying to get the fire pit started but we got it. The inside of the RV was retro like a 70s camper. It looks nice and was taken care of but, did have some wear and tear throughout. Everything was pretty clean. The shower/tub, although cute, didn’t have a curtains so water was getting everywhere and your head hits the ceiling while taking a shower. The double pull-out bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it worked for my husband and I. Everything that we used worked well. We drove up at nighttime and almost couldn’t find the campsite because it was hard to see the signs. You could see the mountains just over the fence. While the location is around a bunch of other trailers and tiny homes, you do not feel like it once you are inside at the hot tub and fire pit. The only downside was the beds were uncomfortable and needed more blankets. It was nice to have a couch and tv but the couch is definitely worn. Make sure to bring extra trash bags, and use the space heaters and extra blankets provided as it does get chilly at night! The only annoying thing was having to sit cross legged in a tiny tub to shower, but the water was warm! Also pull out sinks in and isn't the most comfy, but the twin beds were great! For the cheap price, it was perfect!!
