Experience Colorado Springs with your partner or group in this tastefully updated century home. A high-end kitchen, designer furnishings, 4 BR's, 2 baths, and heated tile floors, as well as multiple intimate outdoor gathering areas - featuring a new hot tub, gas fire pit, hammock chair, porch swing, and a gas grill. Close to everything COS has to offer if you want, but you might not ever want to leave. Welcome to Three Oaks. Permit N. :A-STRP-24-0995 Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy. We provide a high chair, baby gate, and portable crib for your convenience. In addition to the two kings and two queen beds, we also have a queen blow up air mattress. We have a security camera facing both the front and back doors to monitor traffic. Both are outside and will be on during your stay. If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $180\. We do require an additional $50 per person per night, for any guest over our standard 8 count. We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee. Please read the following rules for your furry friend: \-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee." \-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated. \-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture. \-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay. The house is located on a street with a bus line and can be noisy, but the back-yard is well appointed and relatively private/quiet.
