The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. A mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense. Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care. This is not a party house and is located in an HOA-Controlled neighborhood. By renting this house, you are agreeing to the following rules: No more than 4 cars are allowed at the property. These cars must be parked in the garage or driveway. No outside noise after 9pm. No parties of any kind. No smoking tobacco or marijuana on or around the premises. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Colorado every year in July. This year, we visited Monument and rented this property. We loved the house and its interior design, especially the theme of each room and 4th of July decoration. The owners clearly spent a lot of time to make their clients feel the comfort of home. Our favorite for our little ones was the Harry Potter room. The kitchen had top notch appliances, dishes and utensils. We made great meals for our family. One night, we made popcorn and had a movie night in the basement. Grocery stories were nearby to pick up groceries. There was a Catholic church nearby for us to go to mass on Sunday.
