The owners were readily helpful when we had a hiccup here and there. Hot house. - Poor communication with host. Host does not reply timely to questions or responses are vague and incomplete via text ONLY. Poor customer service. Seemed like it was AI - generated responses. - 3rd. floor, narrow and steep stairs and staircase. Felt unsafe. Old house, smells bad and old, although is clean. ##### Abel d.
