We didn't read the info well enough and didn't realize there was no A/C, but it ended up being tolerable without that. The hot tub was nice though we were uncertain how to care for it. The book instructions don't match the email instructions we received, but it was mostly little things. There was a strong sewer odor outside which was unpleasant. We are uncertain where it was coming from, but it was not in the house. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and we appreciated the beautiful view from the patio. ##### Christa M. There were a few things that the welcome book mentioned that the property came with but unfortunately some of the things were not in there such as the bbq grill. Location, views and neighborhood was amazing pretty quiet with access to some pretty cool local stuff less than 15 mins away from the cabins location. It was a bit far out (nearest town with shops/restaurants was 30 minutes away), but it was in a very quiet neighborhood in the foothills. Oddly, the largest bed (king) was in the lower level, so my husband and I slept downstairs and our teenager took the master upstairs. Beds were comfortable and it was pretty clean.
