There was plenty of space for both group and private activities. We enjoyed beautiful views of the mountains and sunset. The really enjoyed the kitchen which was nicely updated and well equipped. The host was especially helpful when we left some clothes in one of the bedrooms. We were promptly notified and allow to retrieve the clothes that night. The house was in a convenient location for Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and the rodeo. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The beds were all great except the bunk beds—granted we had all adults. The back porch was awesome, even during a heat wave we found ourselves out there every morning. Hosts are incredibly responsive. Highly recommend! ##### Elizabeth L. The downstairs TV room with big comfy sofa was the kids’ favorite spot. But enjoying the view from the sunroom was my favorite spot! It was clean and everything was in great condition. The sunroom and deck were wonderful places to hang out at. It was perfect for our family vacation. The host was super easy to work with - check-in and check-out was a breeze. There were leftover items that we could use such as coffee, spices, waters in the fridge and cleaning supplies which was super helpful. We highly recommend this home. ##### Derek S.
