This was a perfect place for my bachelorette weekend trip. We had 16 people fit with room to spare. Property is beautiful!!! My only complaint is that there is no AC so it did get a little hot during the day, BUT we were able to cool down by having the windows open and fresh air come in the house!! This was the perfect place to celebrate our cadet’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. We were so excited - and it exceeded our expectations. Each level offered something unique, and the space was perfect for our 15 group. It was clean, spacious, beautifully maintained, and only 10 minutes from the Academy. We enjoyed beautiful rooftop views of Pikes Peak, had a billiards competition, watched movies in the theatre, and prepared a spectacular celebratory dinner for our graduate and guests in the gourmet kitchen! From beginning to end, this rental was the best decision we ever made! My husband is a baseball coach and our varsity team has a bonding trip for the first few days of spring break. This house did not disappoint! Summer was so easy to get ahold of and answered every message in a timely fashion. Rooftop is everything you’d hope for, the house is stocked with excellent kitchen equipment and beautifully decorated throughout. The house is huge and has so many different and fun little areas to hang out and enjoy each other. The floor to ceiling windows with views of the massive pine trees makes it feel like you’re in the mountains.
