The carpet, curtains and comforters had some noticeable stains. The floors creaked and the windows were unlocked when we arrived. I appreciated that all the essentials were provided - dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and sample sized toiletries. The kitchen has everything we needed, including some cooking items like spices and oil. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many restaurants. It was nice to be provided a binder with a list of things to do and recommendations, along with good information to have handy.
