Gorgeous. Immaculate, updated, trendy rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linens, and all in an incredibly lovely setting! The walls are a bit thin, but we would stay here again!

The inn was cute and clean. We enjoyed the views and mountain stream. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear the neighbor’s conversations. We did use the microwave in the amenities room. The bathroom was a nice size and provided hot water, always. The parking situation is tough, especially in snow. Be prepared with a truck or SUV.

I loved the style of the rooms, the romance package was great, and I LOVED the hot tub. Customer service was fast and kind. Great getaway spot. We even saw some deer just up the road in the morning. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved the Little Beaver Inn! The rooms are modern and clean. Just enough room for what we needed. Loved the hot tub surrounded by Aspens after a long hike. Convenient to Manitou Springs. The only things I'd say were the TV had so many options it was confusing how to work it. And we could hear our upstairs neighbors pretty easily. Would definitely return!

Habitacion de lujo a buen precio
La ubicacion algo alejada de la ciudad pero conveniente para subir a Pikes Peak. Bonita decoracion y ropa de cama de buena calidad. Tiene un hot tub muy comodo y buenos lugares para desayunar cerca. Todo excelente, solo sepan que no tiene lobby y el check in es por telefono. Definitivamente volveria si paso por la zona.

Awesome spot
This little place is amazing. It is in a beautiful setting. There is a creek across the street. I loved hearing the kids playing in the water while sitting out front.

Hidden gem tucked in the mountains. Great Town
Excellent location for Pikes Peak and any other locations around Colorado Springs. Has a great small town feel with an excellent bar (Blue Moose) with great drinks and food. Room was very clean and staff was very accommodating. Check in and check out is all on your own so it’s a breeze. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Such a quaint little town! Loved the inn, very clean, private and beautiful!!! The mattress could have been a little softer but the privacy and beauty of the location more than makes up for it! We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Cute and comfy
Road leading to parking at both locations was mud and run off cracks from the rainfall so ale it slow it’s a dirt road. Cute comfy place, only stayed one night but everything was there that we needed. Even had robes for the hot tub next door. Would be nice if had a microwave to heat up leftovers but other then that we would stay again. The Pantry for dining was a short walk away.
