Room was clean and it was easy to walk our dogs over to a local park. The property was very difficult to find and the property manager had the hot tub temperture locked at a very cold temperature so that it was unusable. The dog in the neighboring room disturbed our stay as owners played fetch with it at 3am and we could hear the large ball moving around and dog barking.

Positive: Overall a good fit for what we needed. Took a while for a response from the host but they were helpful and never left us w/o a reply. The space was clean which is a must for me! And on-site laundry is amazing! Also, hot water lasted through all the showers which is always wonderful. Booking directly through them seems to be cheaper than on a platform though. Could use work:the lack of space in the bathroom to put sink items. (A counter would be so helpful) The kitchen was a plus so we could save and cook at “home” but the limited kitchen items made it hard. (We bought some and left them for the next guests, plus other items) there were no sheets for the pullout, only a quilt, plus the mattress was very ran down. My son ended up sleeping on the couch part instead. Stays over a few days need more than 1 trash bag*very minor- not life changing personal critiques I had!

The listing was just as described. A huge plus was access to the washer and dryer in the common area. The only ‘con’ was that there was no microwave in the unit, but there are two microwaves in the common area for use. This is very clear in the photos I just didn’t notice it till I was there. The neighborhood does have some abandoned boarded up homes and buildings, but I never had any issues with anyone and I never felt unsafe despite being a woman staying alone. there is a park right across the alley that’s great for a little exercise or families. The WIFI worked great and I was able to work remotely for the two weeks I stayed there. The TV has access to live Roku channels as well as apps. I met the cleaner on a couple of occasions and she was extremely kind and meticulous about cleaning the rooms. I also met the maintenance man who came by after hours to help with a small issue I had with the Internet. Despite it being late in the day he stayed to make sure it was taken care of. Anytime I reached out to the property manager I was responded to in a timely manner, again even if it was after hours which I really appreciate. Also maybe a weird plus for people like me but there are extremely friendly squirrels that will come up to you and you can hand feed them nuts
