We are 1/4 a mile to the gate on Pikes Peak 14,115 feet.Also 420 friendly, . The house has everything you need to stay as long as you like. Also the house is cleaned then disinfected and then Inspected after every guest. Myself andBee liveon the property, it has two addresses, and 2water heaters,2 furnaces,two of everything,too big for2 people.There are three decks,1\. Walk out the L/R to the grill and picnic table,. Two bedrooms and a "bonus room" with twin trundle off the living room offered plenty of space for our party of four. Full kitchen and dining room would be very useful for longer stays. ##### B B.
