The house was very clean and the kitchen contents were all we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and had very little traffic. Manitou Springs was an easy 10 minute, or less, drive away. Megan's communication was great and she quickly responded to any questions I had before arriving. She also gave us directions to two different trail heads into Garden of the Gods, each just a short walk from the house. One of which we probably would not of found on our own. This was our first experience renting a house instead of using a hotel and we were not let down. We hope to book this place again in the future. ##### Jason B. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and more. Our kids enjoyed the games provided too. Close to Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs. The location was excellent - within a few blocks of Garden of the Gods - and everything was VERY clean and functional with fun additions such as the record player and board games. Located on a quiet street with easy access to Garden of the Gods, Pile’s Peak, and Air Force Academy. House had everything we needed for our stay except laundry, but there was a laundromat 5 minutes away. Great communication with owner and no issues during our stay. Would do it again! ##### Kelly H. So much to do around this area! Took very little drive time for us to visit what we wanted- pikes peak, the springs, the caverns, etc… Was very clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed pits, pans, and appliances. Communication and accommodations of the host was impeccable- Overall a wonderful stay! ##### Ashby D. We spent the day walking to and through Garden of the Gods and never had to touch our car. The evenings were spent cooking and sitting by the fire.
