There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs or main level. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the basement. There are windows in each room so you have light in the basement rooms. Considerations: Only one AC/heat controller on main floor led to very cold basement rooms. Could use new cooking pots/skillet. Pros: Very nice, well-kept hot tub.
