Space was very accommodating for three families and with kids 4-7years. Backyard was great and really appreciated the views of Pikes Peak especially since the intention of our trip was to hike and summit, which we did! It rained several days so we didn't get to use the BBQ or fire pit. We mostly packed sandwiches and explored the area. Pike's Peak was a real adventure. You can easily fit a bit group in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. The owners are great. You can tell they put love into this home. SO grateful we got to stay there.
