This home features a large open floorplan for family gatherings, outdoor cooking and dining areas, and a hot tub to relax in after a day of adventuring. This home is centrally located near many attractions including; Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument (3.3 miles), Mueller State Park (14 miles), Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Sanctuary (6.4 miles), and Cripple Creek. Book today! You and your guests will feel right at home when you stay at this spacious newly built home. Adventure is at your doorstep. This thoughtfully designed retreat is located near many attractions including hiking trails and world class fishing. The large kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, gas cooking stove, and beautiful stone countertops. This open floorplan allows the cook of the family to be apart of the action. The kitchen island seats 3 while the large dining table hosts 6 additional seats for family dining. Curl up on the comfortable oversized couch, turn on the fireplace, and binge your favorite shows. The large 75" tv features LG channels, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and Prime TV. You will have ample space in the large master bedroom with king bed, dresser, 55" television, and large master suite with double sinks and walk in shower. This split floorplan offers two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom features a queen bed while the third bedroom makes for a kids hangout with two bunkbeds. (One full and 3 twin beds) Enjoy the great outdoors of Colorado with this private fully fenced yard. The family barbecues and outdoor dining will make for some great family memories. There is additional outdoor seating and rocking chairs for the entire family to gather. Guests have access to the entire home. We allow our guests full privacy but are available if needed. This home is dog friendly, but guests must clean up after their pets. Guests are responsible for any damage caused. Limit of four dogs. For your heath and safety a professional spa technician will perform weekly maintenance on the hot tub. We will make every effort to notify you before technician arrives if possible. Technician will only need access to the hot tub area. AC is not common for mountain properties at this elevation. Even summer months are often cool with little to no humidity. Security Camera is exterior only and is used for surveillance only. Early check ins/Late checkouts may be available. Please be advised there is a fee of $50 per hour for both early check ins and late check outs. Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints. We made a full Thanksgiving meal and lacked nothing in preparing the food. The hosts have thought of every amenity and “extra” to make guests feel at home. We traveled with my elderly parents and our adult kids and our dogs and everyone had an amazing stay. The hosts were so quick to respond from the moment of booking through to the end of our stay. The truest barometer for how these hosts operate was when upon departure we had a dead battery, all kinds of trouble with AAA and consequently, could not get out the door at the agreed check out time. We had been this general area a couple years ago so we knew what to expect. Florissant is about 8 minutes away and has a mini mart and a couple restaurants. Divide is about 15 mins away and has the same. Woodland Park has alot more if you're looking for restaurants etc and is only about 20 minutes away. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds and blankets were super comfy. We had our 45lb German Shorthair Pointer with us and he loved the space in the backyard to explore. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a few meals. I even noticed there was an instant pot and I think an air fryer, it was better stocked than most vrbo's we've stayed at for sure. The hot tub was consistently hot lol and in great working order, I loved having it to relax in in the evenings. Grill worked great. Communication was awesome, host is very attentive and stays in touch during your stay. We would definitely recommend this vrbo. ##### Amber G.
