Enjoy high-end finishes and custom touches throughout this property. Guests will enjoy the full kitchen with connected patio. The living room has an open floor plan that includes a gas fire place and easy access to the kitchen and dining area for entertainment. There is also a shared backyard firepit and Cornhole. The upstairs has a full master suite with a large walk in closet and on suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a huge bath tub with plenty of room for two :) The shower has spa like feel with a river rock lining and lots of space. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs and one with a unique walk out balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or just watching the action down bellow. There is also a laundry closet and a full second bathroom rounding off the 2nd level. In addition to the 3 bed rooms, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, for a total of 8 guests. Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Places such as Cerberus brewing Co., Front Range Bbq, 503 West, and Colorado Mountain Brewery just to name a few. Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally a few blocks away. We arrived an hour after check in and the house was still being cleaned. There is a door in the kitchen that leads to the lower level with multiple people living there. It only locks from the other peoples side of the door. We did not feel safe leaving our valuables unattended. People we didn’t know had access to the house through the kitchen. There is no way to lock the door from the renters side. The owner said he would leave the door unlocked with the keys on the counter. When we arrived he said the keys were on the couch, we looked and found nothing. He asked us to look for them and then asked if the cleaning lady had them. We found the keys but still had to wait for them to finish cleaning. We informed the host of our concerns and said we wouldn’t be comfortable staying. He was very difficult to communicate with and not helpful. ##### Margaret F. Amazing kitchen with everything needed, cozy living room, bedrooms were clean and comfy with a huge shower and bathtub. Richard was a great host and gave recommendations on the best places to go to.
