Perfect for a family of 4\. All appliances were clean & working. The hottub was what caught our eye, it was very clean and we utilized it morning & night! Perfect way to relax after all of our hiking. Quiet neighborhood a few miles off the main road. Sightings of wildlife walking by front yard was very cool. It has everything you need to stay comfortably in the mountains with a scenic view, hot tub, and even laundry on site. It was very clean and has a gas fireplace for chilly nights.
