No ramp areas for handicap individuals. No ground floor rooms for them either. How are handicapped individuals supposed to use stairs in case of fire?

I usually love the rooms at the Century, but interior queen room 211 was a big step down from previous stays in a king room. Not just in terms of space, but this room is in serious need of repairs and updating. It had many dings and chips in paint all over. Worst condition was the bathroom with peeling paint, chipped porcelain, and black spots on the ceiling over the tub.

Very nice and friendly people. Was very nice and clean. But was a little noisy because of the casino but had ear plugs in our room. Otherwise a very nice place to go.

Century is my favorite place to stay in Cripple Creek. They have great rooms that are reasonably priced and breakfast is included. I only wish they had better video poker odds in the casino.

Really not hot water for a 2nd person to take a shower. Water pressure pretty low too. Rooms are nice but very unclear where to check in. Need better directions in reservation for that

Clifford who checked us in was pleasant professional and very helpful. Room was a good value & very nice but mattress a bit too soft for our taste. Great location for the Ice Festival! (if you are a coffee fiend, bring your own-theirs is quite weak j/s). Thanks for a great little getaway to Cripple Creek!

We came to see the Ice Castles so the Century Casino was very close. The parking was good. The staff and the food were great. I think they have the best Bloody Marys I have ever had. The rooms were a little dated but clean and spacious. The worst part was the pillows. Way too hard and full... And there were 4 per bed but not a variety. I should have brought my own.

The shower arrangement is NOT good. No privacy! One glass wall facing the bedroom and windows with only a curtain to pull which does not close all the way. The other long side wall had NO covering of any kind... it was just open! It would be easy to install a shower curtain. Really bad. Also, we took an old elevator and two flights of stairs to get to the second floor where the room was. Just not good with luggage! We would not stay here again. We are older and nothing about this was acceptable. The staff were all very nice.

Thank you. The Eurooean shower is not for everyone. We do have other rooms with standard bathrooms. The building is historic, with small sets of stairs. Assistance with luggage is available. We hope you try us again.

Had a late check 4:30PM in as the room wasn't ready.. Loud room as well due to heat and i refrigerator noise. The solution was 2 pair of ear plugs left on the night stand???? Next time somewhere else for sure. Didn't get much if any sleep and staff was banging on the doors HOUSE KEEPING at 7AM

Check in time is guaranteed by 5 p.m. Every room, as many other hotels, provides ear plugs. It is not our practice to check rooms until 11 a.m. We will look into that. Thank you. Do come back and request a different room next time.

actually the room was to warm for January- the pillows were terrible-way to thick- jacked my neck and couldnt sleep-get rid of them and all would be OK !

Great stay
Family of 4 here, we stayed 3 nights had a great experience! Check in crew were friendly and helpful. Restaurant servers were so attentive! Food was good as well. Beware, nobody under 21 is allowed in hotel rooms or the restaurant! This is the case for the majority of the casinos.
