Reasonable proximity to dining and activities. The Broadmor Hotel is within walking distance. The kitchen can use pots and pans. We found only one large pot. Need silverware. There were few forks and little spoons. The gas grill was in reasonably condition and we did cookout. Few issues; the door to the main level deck could use some adjustments (very hard to lock). The shower downstairs did not have a shower rod or curtain. The management company addressed that issue. Overall, it was a nice, clean and comfortable house. The location seemed safe. So many places to gather, the game room was awesome! The home had everything we needed. The location was perfect & we could not have asked for better hosts.
