Summary: If mountain views are what you want, you have found your get away with DIRECT unobstructed views of world famous Pike's Peak. This one of a kind cozy tinyhouse is nestled in a lovely Tiny home community called Peak View Park and is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views located in Woodland Park. Close to great restaurants and a variety of grocery stores. Woodland Park is located just 20 minutes west of Colorado springs on Highway 24\. Come and experience the “City above the Clouds”. The Space: Welcome to Little Joy Lodge! This beautiful tiny home, nestled in the center of Woodland Park, has some of the most amazing direct views of Pike’s Peak. As you enter this tiny home, you will experience a contemporary styled home with soft colored tones peppered with a rustic country look throughout the house. The house can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. In the living room area, you will encounter a custom designed dining table which faces directly towards Pike’s Peak. Enjoy a cup of coffee and relax your mind as you admire beautiful mountain views in front of you. The living room brings a cozy atmosphere with a dimmable chandelier to enjoy your favorite shows and movies on a smart internet connected flat screen TV. The lovely bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a closet, a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. As you make your way up the staircase, you will encounter a spacious bedroom loft equipped with a comfortable king size bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped as needed should you desire to eat-in and prepare your favorite home-cooked meals. Next to the kitchen, there is a coffee bar which features a Keurig K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker where you can enjoy making your favorite cup of coffee anytime of the day. The home is also is equipped with a stackable washer/dryer to refresh your laundry as needed. The porch has outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the nature and to plan your daily adventures while providing direct unobstructed views of Pike's Peak. After returning home, you can relax in your own private and gated backyard. The backyard is furnished with an outdoor propane fire pit, composite outdoor chairs, and evening lighting which will create a desirable ambiance to enjoy your favor evening drinks as you unwind your day. Great location, right off of route 24, and close to everything Woodland Park has to offer! We do highly advise that you purchase traveler's or trip insurance to protect your purchase in the event of poor weather, illness, or other factors outside our control that would cause you to have to cancel after booking. Many credit cards offer this protection as well. Be sure to add our listing to your Airbnb Wishlist! Guest Access: The home has a smart lock for convenient and contactless check in. Prior to checking in, you will be provided a code for entry. The Neighborhood: Little Joy Lodge is located in Woodland Park in a beautiful tiny home community called Peakview Park. We are right off of route 24 so during the winter months, no need to worry about driving down Icey steep hills and we are less than a mile from supermarkets, Walmart, restaurants, etc. for your convenience. Uber Eats, DoorDash and other delivery services also can bring food and groceries right to your door! Getting Around: Parking is located directly behind the unit and is located on the first right after the main entrance along Highway 24\. If additional parking is needed, you also can park along the fence area directly behind the unit. Other Things to Note: Loft comes equipped with King sized bed. Lofts are great for kids and smaller adults due to lower ceilings. If sleeping adults, please be aware the ceiling height at its peak is about 4.5 ft so most adults will not be able to stand upright when getting around in the Loft. Please keep in mind that the hot water tank in a Tinyhome is smaller (20 gallons) than normal sized home so hot water will run out sooner. \- No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors \- No parties or events \- Sorry, but No Pets allowed \- Located next to route 24 We understand some guest who stay with us travel into town a bit earlier than check in time and we can accommodate early check in requests when available.
