The Space:
Modern, clean and appealing with function and practicality to boot—enter this home through the front door up the stairs from the driveway, or from the attached 2-car garage exclusively available to guests. Immediately you'll enter into a fresh, clean, bright and open space. This construction of this home has recently been completed and it simply shines! There's natural light and inviting, modern décor in abundance. At 4 levels, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths—there's also SPACE in abundance! From the garage walk up the stairs and into the main-level living area, with an inviting salon and kitchen designed in an open concept. The counters are stone, the appliances stainless steel, and all around is modern quality.

Access both the front balcony as well as the backyard here on the second level for an evening spent under the Colorado sky, or some quality time with friends and family. Up the stairs and onto the third level, you'll encounter all 4 of the home's bedrooms, each offering comfortable bedding and quality linens, all professionally laundered. The master, with its walkout patio, is exceptional. A private bath and walk-in closet are complemented by modern touches, including a set of barn-doors. Access the stunning roof-top patio from the master balcony, ascending the spiral-staircase to some of the best views of the city, in the city!

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood just a few blocks northwest of Downtown Colorado Springs is in transition, and offers exceptional urban amenities in a semi-suburban environment, where the homes date from the turn of the last century, the streets are lined with trees, and there's a sense of the classic and the good. Walk to Downtown from here, or just a few blocks south where you'll find some of the city's best cafes (Rosco's), restaurants, breweries (Cerberus Brewing) and night-spots (503W, Benny's). Old Colorado City, with its artisan shops, restaurants, galleries and unique, western-artisan-chic is just a few blocks to the west. All of the west-side destinations for travelers and guests are close by—places like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the Incline, and the base of Pikes Peak—all just about 5 minutes away by car. There is plenty of COS goodness here: defined by the combination of both the urban and the natural, the familiar and the spectacular.

Getting Around:
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, craft breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they May be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.

Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Roomy and restful

Our family stayed to be centrally located for white water rafting, touring the Air Force Academy and Garden of the Gods. It worked well for us. The area appears to be part of a gentrification. There were many new properties mixed in with original building structures. For a family traveling together, there is space for everyone to be together but also retreat.

Floors needed to be scrubbed. They were so disgustingly dirty. Backyard is sliding downhill leaving broken bricks by the door with no step down. Broken blinds in the master. Broken slat on top bunk bed. Broken soap dispensers. Broken key for firepit

Spring break trip!

Everything went really good with our stay at this beautiful townhome. The only thing was the code they gave me to enter house was not working and we had to call and get it changed to be able to go in. Other than that everything was good. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The kids really enjoyed the rooftop. I loved the place and would definitely return there!

Great layout - fire your housekeeping service...

The property itself is great - good location and great layout. We had some minor bumps getting into the property, but the host solved these quickly. However, half the beds in the home didn't have more than a sheet for bedding, and it was 30 degrees outside. Biggest issue - the home was not very clean. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, tables were dirty, etc. The initial response from the host on these issues was great, but there wasn't any follow-up or resolution. Was disappointing to say the least, as we were in town to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son, and really wanted it to be a great experience.

Overall we were pleased with the place. Some improvements could have made it better. Simple things such as spare blankets, better toilet paper or an ice maker in the fridge but overall, nice place.

Be Wary of Inadequate Check in Procedures!

The house itself was as depicted in the photos , very nice and clean however they could have stocked the kitchen better. There were very few glasses, no wine glasses, lots of utility items needed for cooking at home. We ended up eating out every meal due to this which wasn’t our plan was expensive. The management company emailed me the check in code the day of arrival, however they had changed it for some unknown reason at the last minute and I didn’t receive that message. (The internet is very spotty here, so I couldn’t receive my messages. ) My family and I were standing outside at night time for nearly an hour while I scrambled to find a phone number and call vrbo for new check in instructions. This was VERY frustrating and totally unprofessional for a property management company. Personally, I’d fire them! They never even followed up to apologize after vrbo called them and alerted that we had been trying to check in with the wrong code.

Great Experience

This property was great, clean, love the balcony, the rooftop view and the fancy fire heater up there was awesome to hangout. The only thing was the wifi TV did not work, but they were fast to want to come fix it,but we didn't since we were going to be out and not watching TV anyways. Other than that I highly recommend staying here. If you don't like stairs this isn't the place for you. Will definitely return.

Our Wedding Week

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was just as it is on the website. We got married at Garden of the Gods which was only a 10 min drive. Everything is about a 10 min drive. Location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Great views from the rooftop. Highly recommend.

Modern place, centrally located

Brand new townhome, right in the middle of it all - only 10 minutes to Garden of Gods. Excellent modern design and layout with killer view from the rooftop patio. Can't beat that. The only downsides are that curiously, looks like the build quality wasn't top top notch - many small things starting to fall apart (like blinds in the master bedroom, clogged drain etc) - management takes care of those though. I would stay there again easily!

Do Not Recommend

We were in COS to celebrate USAFA Graduation 2021. Upon arrival we found the dumpster overflowing with trash. This particular unit has the dumpster literally in the driveway. All the other units use it for trash. Grad week is extremely busy with incoming families so the trash was a reoccurring problem during our stay. The rental was not clean upon arrival. The floors were dirty and unswept. There were also several throw rugs throughout the home that were filthy dirty with black stains splattered across them. We attempted to open the blinds and they just about came off the wall. Without going into detail, working with the property management company to resolve these matters was burdensome. Due to the issues we experienced, I cannot recommend this property.

Very modern!

The property is just as pictured online, very new and we loved all of the modern decor! The only downside was the master bed/bath - it needed a better cleaning job before we arrived.
