The Neighborhood: Located in central Colorado Springs near to one of the city’s most memorable and oft-overlooked open space and nature parks (Palmer Park!), this neighborhood has a quiet, established and easy feeling to it. The homes were built in the mid-century, and there’s a classic, straight-forward appeal. The trees are big and mature, the streets are wide, the schools have playgrounds full of kids and access to some exceptional hiking, biking, and green spaces is within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes & shopping are all just around the corner and access to the Pikes Peak Region’s most notable attractions for visitors and guests is easy, quick and simple. Places like Garden of the Gods, Downtown Colorado Springs, the Broadmoor, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and many more are all just 10 - 15 minutes away by car. Getting Around: We usually recommend that you have a car in Colorado Springs, but being that this home is in a very good location, an Uber or Lyft could be enough!
