Close to USAFA, Memorial Hospital North and St Francis Hospital North. Shopping and parks nearby. Minutes from I-25 and The Shops at Briargate. Easy driving distance to all the attractions the Pikes Peak area has to offer. Relax in the comfortable air conditioned home after you return at the end of a day of adventures in our beautiful area. A fully stocked kitchen awaits you to use if you stay in, or there are an abundance of restaurants in the area a short drive from the house. We are not able to accommodate any type of service animal at this location due to family members with severe allergies. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and will sleep 7. The master bedroom (with private bathroom), living room, kitchen, office area (with futon) and a second bathroom are all located on the main level. There are two steps into the main level from the walkway or the garage and an open floor plan on the main level. Two additional bedrooms, a living area and a third bathroom are downstairs ensures that everyone has enough space to relax in. There is room in the garage for one vehicle, off street parking for up to two vehicles and additional parking available on the street near the residence. Expecting company? Jeff was an excellent communicator and was very accommodating. The house was very clean with a lot of space for everyone. We were traveling with our young adult children and they appreciated having their own living room space and bedrooms on the lower level for some added private space. Having 3 full bathrooms was a luxury. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was well stocked with everything you would need if you chose to use it. My SIL and BIL live only 6 minutes away so they are excited to have an option to have a place that people could stay that come to visit in the future after we had such a nice stay.
