The house was in great shape with very nice finishings. The backyard had beautiful mountain views and it was nice to sit outside with the firepit. It was in a good location, although I could hear road noise from the guest room. Beds are comfortable. The view is amazingThe backyard furniture is ok and they have a newer grillThe hot v tub is shared with other renters of home. If you are looking to visit all that Colorado Springs has to offer, stay here. It is 10min to all of the main area attractions. The outdoor view is pretty too and we loved using the hot tub.
