The Space: This single-story, three-bedroom house with a ranch-style architectural design offers a warm, comfortable stay for up to six guests. Inside, you’ll find a cozy and well-lit living room featuring a large horseshoe sectional sofa, a ceiling fan, simple decor, and a 58-inch smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Colorado Springs. Adjacent to the living area is a dining table that comfortably seats six, ideal for shared meals and conversations. The fully equipped compact kitchen balances a modern yet classic feel, with essential appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus everything you need to cook at home. Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged with queen beds and nightstands. The first bedroom, located at the front of the house, offers a simple, modern design with a window AC unit and plenty of natural light through two windows. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it.
