I am from Missouri so i'm used to humidity and my AC running non stop all summer so to me the house was a little on the warm side upstairs. Downstairs was perfect temp day and night. They had a box fan in the home and we put it above the stairs and it helped a ton. Definately not a deal breaker. I would rent this home again and hope to someday. There were a few dirty dishes we found but I can't blame the cleaners for that. Someone could have just done a poor job handwashing them, again not a dealbreaker for me. I saw another review about not having water. They do haul water there and actually did while we were there. We had plenty and were not concerned about running out. Overall the house was the best of the two that we rented on our trip and the decor inside added to the experience. I will recommend the house to anyone traveling to Colorado! ##### Casey R.
