« A truly awesome suite! The host was excellent, with very clear communication and helpful notes for the HVAC and blinds. Beautiful furnishings, a fabulous shower, very clean and quiet in a lovely residential neighborhood. Many extra touches (e.g., a disposable razor, maps of walking trails). I was blown up about my kids being there for a few hours a week, as this was rented for a custody battle. They accused me of breaking all of their rules and threatened to kick us out. "Les lits étaient confortable, il manquait certaines commodités, il n'y avait pas de boites de kleenex dans notre chambre, le déjeuner était correct, le personnel était serviable et gentil. Ce qui serait bien c'est d'offrir du café en tout temps et changer la machine à eau bouillonante automatique en tout temps. La toilette au lobby; il faudrait absolument qu'elle soit fonctionnelle svp. Ce n'est pas commode vu que nous sommes beaucoup si on veut aller à la salle de bain. Pour le reste ça passe. "
