5/5 Excellent
"I stayed at this property for five nights and it was overall pretty great. I got the two room option with came with two “rooms” and two bathrooms. It’s basically two units with a door unlocked to connect the rooms. Half is like a studio apartment and the other half a small hotel room. The studio portion had a small kitchen and fridge with all the utensils and kitchenware i needed.
The smaller room was quite small compared to the studio room but it was fine as they were connected and I had the studio area space. The ac in the smaller room didn’t really work. It wasn’t too hot so it didn’t affect me much but the ac in the studio area worked really really well. The bathroom was fine but the smaller bathroom would occasionally have a strong smell coming from the pipes. Not a huge deal…I just closed the door.
The TV had all the streaming services attached and the rooms were actually pretty quiet at night. I could see how it could get loud as it echoes but we may have just had good travel neighbors. Earplugs were provided. The beds were very also comfortable. The rooftop area was small but clean.
There are five floors total and no elevators. The reception was very communicative and very kind. The security was there 24/7, front doors lock after a certain hour but they open it for you.
The area outside is very safe. Two blocks south had great tacos. It’s a bit at the edge from the main Roma Norte area but the walk wasn’t too bad. The blocks in CDMX aren’t that big.
