"4 days in CDMX"
Just four days in Mexico City was not enough. But surely amazing. The location of the hotel also helped - nice (a bit posh) neighbourhood and quite quiet. Next to the Metro and close by when we took taxis. Mucho recomendado! :)

Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City

Paseo de la Reforma 500, Mexico City - Map
"Exquisite rooms, superb staff"
The Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City is an oasis in a busy, chaotic city. From the front desk to the concierge service to the two women who run the small coffee shop in the lobby, every detail is cared for and everyone goes the extra distance. The bedroom is comfortable, well lit and water pressure in the shower is amazing! Like a spa. We did have the King Deluxe, but even a smaller room would have been amazing! Still with the couch, desk and coffee machine, it was like having your own little private mini suite.

Emporio Reforma

Avenida Paseo De La Reforma 124, Mexico City - Map
"Great value and location"
Don't let the street view of this hotel put you off: once you step inside, it is a terrific hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had many amenities, including a kitchenette, iron and pants presser. The double glass window wall really cut the highway noise. The roof top lounge/restaurant is nicely designed and a pleasant place to have drinks or a meal. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It is centrally located in the Polanco district, within easy walking distance of the not-to-be-missed archeological museum (Museo Nacional de Antropologia), the metro, many good restaurants, the Museum of Modern Art, and the castle. We were thrilled to be there on a Sunday when the Cicloton took place, and got free bikes near the anthropology museum and enjoyed a 25 mile ride around the city on roads closed to cars.
