(1,002 reviews) The employees were the best of all our hotels. They were so friendly. Super helpful booking reservations, guiding us where to go. The hotel is gorgeous. We felt like we were boarding the titanic with all the beautiful wooden stairs and piano playing! Loved all the live music. Every single employee was so friendly. Location is perfect for exploring the area. Didn’t eat the breakfast bc we were only here one day, but it looked and smelled delicious. Room was nice and clean, but one of the beds felt like the frame or box spring was broken bc my husband and I both rolled to the center! We ended up putting our kids in that bed and it was ok for them.
