Everything was as depicted including being a little loud with road noise and the business next door, but I believe that was in the description or other reviews. Communicating with John was easy. He was kind and gracious with my needs. I'd absolutely stay again and hopefully bring some people with me. The property would be great for a family. I was so busy enjoying the area, I didn't get to the private beach till the last day. This place was very cute with a great porch both front and back. Felt very private with no noise from the business next door but it was a holiday weekend. My kids were too big for the twin beds. I knew they would be so I brought my own blow up bed but it broke. We tried to use the fold away bed but they complained that it was super uncomfortable and preferred the floor. I would suggest a roll away bed and or new mattress for the couch. The map to the beach access was a bit confusing so I think the stairs we found were not the ones we were supposed to use but once you find it, it’s just beautiful. I would definitely rent again. The walk to the beach is nice, a bit long for babies but not for adults and once you get to the beach it's really beautiful. It had everything we need for my husband and i, and my two adult kids. We loved the location and although there was a factory next door, we were not bothered by it. The best part was having the beach so close. We enjoyed the private beach, and the walk was not bad at all! We washed dishes manually , on our last day we couldn't find dishwasher soap so we only loaded the dish washer as we run out of time. The laundry room was very convenient.
