APARTMENT  
Welcome to our bright and lovingly furnished 3-room holiday apartment in Hürth. This approximately 65 m² ground-floor apartment is located in a detached house and offers space for up to 5 guests.  
  
The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living area with a fold-out sofa and a flat-screen SAT TV. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is also available, making it ideal for business travelers or anyone needing to get some work done. In the large bedroom, you'll find a double bed, while a small bedroom is equipped with a single bed. An additional baby bed is available upon request.  
  
The fully equipped, separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It features an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and all standard kitchen utensils. A dining table for up to fife people is also available.  
  
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. In a separate laundry room, you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and other essential household items.  
  
This apartment is designed for your comfort all year round: The indoor climate remains pleasantly cool in summer, eliminating the need for air conditioning. In winter, the installed underfloor heating provides consistent warmth. You also benefit from free Wi-Fi and complimentary public parking directly in front of the building or on the street.

The apartment is located in the heart of Old Hürth, offering an ideal combination of a nature-rich environment and excellent transport links. The quiet, child-safe residential street ensures relaxing stays for the whole family.  
  
The surrounding Kottenforst-region provides numerous scenic excursion opportunities and idyllic bathing lakes. Walking and jogging paths start right at your doorstep, leading you into the Rhineland Nature Park within a few steps.  
  
The center of Alt-Hürth with various shops for your daily needs is only about a 3-minute walk away. The large shopping center "Hürth-Park," with around 150 shops, can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.  
  
A bus stop is only a 1-2 minute walk away, from where you can quickly reach tram line 18, which takes you directly to Cologne city center. Thanks to the quick access to the Cologne motorway ring, the Cologne exhibition center, Cologne/Bonn Airport, and the cities of Bonn and Aachen are also quickly reachable.  
  
Nearby, guests can enjoy easy access to bakeries, a pharmacy, the post office and children's playgrounds.  
  
Leisure and excursions:  
The popular Phantasialand in Brühl can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, and Aqualand Cologne in around 25–30 minutes. The "De Bütt" leisure pool in Hürth is only a few minutes’ drive away.
