With these 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 11 people. It consists of a living/dining room with television and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster), a separate toilet, a shower room with a washer-dryer, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with three single beds, with its own shower room and toilet, a bathroom with double basin, a bathtub and a shower, a separate toilet, The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator. The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A pay-per-use on-street parking zone is available nearby. The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of charging an electric car). You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate from €12 per night, per place. You have the possibility to reserve a location in a secure bike room in a neighboring building (100m away). All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay: cleaning will be done, the beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection You have the possibility to book several apartments in this building. This accommodation is compatible with religious Shabbat practices. This historic district has many local shops. The apartment has a cot and a high chair (These equipment are designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and under 3 years old). Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or book the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost. In accordance with the regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, adults, children and babies included, cannot exceed 15 people. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. Very clean; the kitchen had all the necessary items to host a dinner for 15-20 people - dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses (even champagne glasses) and cooking utensils...etc. It was conveniently located in the historic part of Colmar and we didn't need our car except one time when we drove to the grocery store to buy food for our stay. When we arrived, a welcome gift was on the dining table - cider, lemonade, pretzels... What a pleasant surprise! Thank you for that! ##### Mirela W. Nous avons passé notre réunion de famille annuelle dans le très beau Lacour, en plein cœur de Colmar. Néanmoins, nous ne réserverions en aucun cas une nouvelle fois. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons que confirmer la mauvaise qualité du service de l'agence Cotoon, comme certains l'ont déjà écrit dans des évaluations ici. Bien que j'aie saisi les coordonnées de ma carte de crédit sur le site FeWo et que la réservation m'ait été confirmée par FeWo, j'ai reçu un mail de Cotoon me demandant de payer encore. On m'a également demandé de verser la caution élevée de 500 €, ce qui est inhabituel. Tout était très compliqué et ne semblait pas sérieux. Avant d'arriver et le jour du départ, j'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises s'il était possible de partir plus tard. Cette option est prévue par l'agence. On m'a toujours fait patienter sans prendre de décision. Le jour du départ (dimanche), j'ai demandé une nouvelle fois par mail, depuis mon adresse mail privée. Bizarrement, on m'a répondu sur mon mail professionnel, d'où j'avais écrit au préalable. Ce n'est que le lendemain que j'ai lu que nous aurions pu rester deux heures de plus. La caution n'a pas été versée le jour du rendez-vous comme convenu, mais 3 jours plus tard et seulement 300 € sur les 500 €, sans explication. Ce n'est que sur demande que les 200 € restants m'ont été versés. Quand il s'agit d'argent, la confiance est très vite perdue. C'est pourquoi je n'ai attribué qu'une étoile au total. ##### Thorsten L. The location on a high end shopping street meant we were close to everything and there was a pleasant business to the area, but it emptied out in the evening and was exceptionally quiet (except for 1 night where a bar mitzvah was happening, and who can complain about that?). When we arrived the flat was quite hot and we were unable to work the thermostat. Staff were at the place within 15 minutes of our call to address the issue (which was a broken thermostat.). We were able to get the heat turned off, and air conditioning running. One note- there are not air vents in the bedrooms- temps depend on the air in the main lounge and in the hall, so if you close your bedroom doors little heat or air comes through. Still, we made it work. The building is exceptionally secure, and the flat contained all that we needed for a wonderful week in the area. ##### Judy P. Great location, very well furnished but we had some issues with maintenance. Of the three toilets in the apartment two of them needed repairs while we were there. Our front door key wouldn't work, burned out or missing lightbulbs and a doozy of a leak under the kitchen sink that left us emptying a bucket two to three time a day.
