She had fans in the bedrooms as we requested and the place was so clean and inviting. The bedrooms were large and the kitchen well equipped. It is a secure building and an easy walk to the old town. Parking is included and is just across the street in an underground garage. We locked our key in the room and she was nice about it and left a spare in the lockbox at our door. One of the perks is being near the train station and bus line which gave us access to anywhere. We wanted to go. The one thing to be mindful of is the apartment is right across the street from the park which often has loud bands in the evenings. Other than that our stay was amazing. ##### Jennifer T. It overlooks a wonderful park, the property manager is sweet and accommodating (she left an appointment to let us back into the apartment once we realized we left our passports there and had already turned in the keys), the decor is adorable, and the beds and couch are very comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen and large dining room table for family games after dinner. The location is in perfect walking distance to anything in Colmar and access to the garage for parking made exploring the Alsace region by car extremely accessible. High ceilings, lovely classy styling and a very spacious feel. All with excellent walking proximity to old Colmar. This is one to remember. The owner provided excellent communication and instructions. We made use of the parking pass in the neighboring garage. Note to others: Keep the parking pass on your person after you park the car. Otherwise you'll have to figure out how to get into the garage using another entry point. A momentary bit of panic best avoided. :-) In summary, this place was outstanding. ##### Jeff M. Nice clean staircase leading up to the apartment with tastfeful decorations. The apartment has two nice spacious bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes. The living and dining space is great in the evenings. Useful and practical kitchen to prepare food. We loved to cook and dine there with the windows wide open. We even got to enjoy the lively music from the cafe in the park whilst we had our meal. The apartment had most of the usual amenities we were used to at home, so it made our stay at Colmar easy. Note that the front of the apartment receives a lot of sunshine in the afternoon, so it does soak up and retain the heat well. Fortunately, we were provided with three fans which helped to keep us cooler at night. ##### Evangelyn G.
