### Al Balcó Català - Appt avec terrasse et piscine

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 41 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, mountain view and swimming pool for rent in Collioure. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!   
  
The accommodation comprises :  
\- A 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with bath  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A shared, unheated swimming pool, size: 8x12m, open from 15 June to 15 September Non-contractual opening dates.  
\- A 9 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Collioure, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Collioure train station, about 4 minutes by car.  
\- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, about 34 minutes by car.
