« The room had roaches and the ceiling was leaking in the shower I would never stay there if I ever go back to Monroe I was there for my brother's funeral and I never been there since I was born everything else in Monroe was great besides the motel 6 and I wouldn't recommend no one to stay there. »

« The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Odd that there are no ones in the room to call the front desk. There aren’t any blow dryers in the room so I asked house keeping. They got me on but it was 45 minutes later. My hair was already dry by then. (This makes for a bad hair day):(. I could tell they had cleaned but it looked like they just mopped anything on the floor to a corner. The sofa in our room was so stained I would not sit on it for anything. Gross. I did sleep well in the bed...

« The bed was hard as a board not sure if it was a box spring or a mattress, the bedding had holes and was of inferior quality to say the least, I was afraid to use the bath tub/shower for fear that I would come out dirtier than before I used it. The tv setup was different having to use 2 remote controls to navigate it. But the staff was very friendly. »

« There are no amenities, pool not open, glass pipes dropped on ground in front of door. Glass shards in the parking lot and in breezeways, no towels, not good lighting, not a safe place. Staff was horrible and should not be dealing with the public. »

« By far the best Hilton I've ever stayed in. The heirloom restaurant is probably some of the best food I've had in my life. Would stay here again without hesitation and would encourage folks to do the same »

« I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. The clerk was extremely apologetic and after checking with maid service, she said if I could wait a half hour or so, she could get me on the second floor...

« There was a huge hump in the vinyl plank flooring that ran the length of the room, cleaning service didn’t clean the room, took out dirty towels but didn’t replace with clean and left beds unmade. For $300 a night I expected more. »

« It says on thing free breakfast but I get up at 7:45 and then they said that breakfast closes at 7:30 and they're out of everything don't go stay there sorry ladies and gentlemen »
