Pet friendly historic home, fully fenced, and backyard, which is perfect for your furry friends.Featuring four bedrooms, 1 king, 3 queen beds. Two full bathrooms. The house is perfect for eight guests but offers a ninth Guest for an additional cost of $90\. Top-of-the-line air mattress or couch is provided for additional guest. This professionally fully renovated century home boasts unique minimalistic modern art with all the bells and whistles. Large front porch to enjoy your morning coffee with views of Blue Mountain from the street. Parking for six vehicles on driveway and an extra large backyard fully fenced in. Professionally landscaped with many mature trees and flora/fauna. Wake up to songs of many birds and the hellos from squirrels bunnies and chipmunks. Each space is uniquely designed, while comfort is our main goal to make each guest experience fabulous. Steps away from the shopping and dining district. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and living room to gather. The outdoor patio was a nice sunny location for an afternoon get together and the fire pit and large yard were a bonus. It was easy to communicate with Seema. The location was great to either walk downtown, or access the bike trails. Really pleased with the home and our stay. ##### Liz Y. The house was the perfect size and bed layout to accommodate the 7 of us. We were able to talk to town to the restaurants in the evening and we were never more than 15-20min from any of the ski resorts in the Collingwood area. More amenities than would normally be expected - coffee, tea, kitchen staples, games, books. Beautifully decorated with a backyard oasis. We appreciated the opportunity to comfortably sit outside. Close to downtown in a quiet neighbourhood. The communication with Seema was great. Chose this property based on the photos and it was amazing. We got some really great photos in the backyard and we each got our own private rooms. The house is stunning. The porch is adorable. 10/10 recommend this house for any and all occasions. I got to meet the owner on our way out and she is the most lovey person. Communicating with her was easy. Instructions were good to follow. You can really tell all the hard work she put into the property. Thank you so much Seema for helping make my special day even better!! It is well decorated, clean and ample parking. The large backyard and patio was a welcome surprise as we enjoyed an evening outdoor supper. The beds were comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and both washrooms were great to have with a family grouping preparing for a local wedding.
