The house is perfect for eight guests but offers a ninth Guest for an additional cost of $90\. Top-of-the-line air mattress or couch is provided for additional guest. This professionally fully renovated century home boasts unique minimalistic modern art with all the bells and whistles. Large front porch to enjoy your morning coffee with views of Blue Mountain from the street. Parking for six vehicles on driveway and an extra large backyard fully fenced in. Professionally landscaped with many mature trees and flora/fauna. Wake up to songs of many birds and the hellos from squirrels bunnies and chipmunks. The house was the perfect size and bed layout to accommodate the 7 of us. We were able to talk to town to the restaurants in the evening and we were never more than 15-20min from any of the ski resorts in the Collingwood area. It is well decorated, clean and ample parking. The large backyard and patio was a welcome surprise as we enjoyed an evening outdoor supper. The beds were comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and both washrooms were great to have with a family grouping preparing for a local wedding. More amenities than would normally be expected - coffee, tea, kitchen staples, games, books. Beautifully decorated with a backyard oasis. We appreciated the opportunity to comfortably sit outside. Close to downtown in a quiet neighbourhood. The communication with Seema was great. Chose this property based on the photos and it was amazing. We got some really great photos in the backyard and we each got our own private rooms. The house is stunning. The porch is adorable. 10/10 recommend this house for any and all occasions. I got to meet the owner on our way out and she is the most lovey person. Communicating with her was easy. Instructions were good to follow. You can really tell all the hard work she put into the property. Thank you so much Seema for helping make my special day even better!! From booking to check out the whole procedure was seamless. Contact with Seema was easy and she always responded very quickly. The house was spotless and very well appointed and also had a beautiful backyard. Seema had a good supply of necessities on hand. It was well located and you could easily walk down town for shopping and dining. We ere easily able to contact Seema with our various questions and she always responded very quickly. The home is lovely with a welcoming porch and lovely yard and gardens with seating. The host is kind and has great attention to detail in her decor and linens. We felt most welcome. We appreciated the coffee station and the large entertainment centre. The upstairs guests may find the stairs a bit steep but they are lit for nighttime use of the main floor bathroom.
