Hotel is unsafe and needs repair

Posted 15-May-2017
The back security door was held open by a brick 24hrs a day. No security at all. There was a water leak in the main hall for the 3 days we were there, and long enough to peel the wall paper. No working ice machines. Terrible shower pressure. Needs a good cleaning and room furniture update. All will overcharging because they can. Won't be back, ever!!!

Basic College Station Hotel

Posted 15-May-2017
Pros: All of the staff were great
Cons: On a Thursday, only 2 housekeepers for the whole place- impossible for them to do anything except clean the rooms that were turning over.
Location: Easy access to town and the university on highway 6
Clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Overall, the facilities are a little worn, but worked fine for a graduation stay.

Front desk staff was really nice

Posted 25-Mar-2017
I booked at the last minute and they had everything ready for me. I received a call about 8pm from the front desk, asking if everything was good and if I needed something. It was awesome

Paper thin walls

Posted 13-Mar-2017
Pros: The room was large and well appointed. Lot's of room and very comfortable
Cons: Sound-proofing is really needed
Location: Great Italian restaurant right across the highway
The room was clean, spacious, and well laid out.....but the walls must made of paper! I could hear everyone walking in the hall, TVs, and even someone sneezing. It made for a long night of waking up to some random noise and then trying to get back to sleep. This is actually the second time we stayed here and it was just as noisy last time. In fact that time I had to get up at 2 am and go down to the front desk and ask the clerk to turn down the TV in the lobby. She had it up so loud it actually woke us up.

Convenient and clean hotel

Posted 24-Dec-2016 on Hotels
The room was of ample size for 4 adults and a baby. The only complaint is that we were told no extra pillows were available. A view of the parking lot showed many empty spaces, so I know they weren't booked up. The breakfast was very good. The staff was pleasant.
