Host communicated quickly with check-in information and a checkout list at the door made things very easy. This is one of the best homes we have stayed in, with one of the most friendly hosts. Definitely not 4 bedrooms. It has 3 bedrooms plus a strange side room that has no doors and a small trundle bed. Bummed out that the listing showed "bedroom 4" with pictures from bedroom 3 which was misleading. The strange layout required some rearranged rooming assignments.
