Game Day Stay with Lots of Entertaining!

A true game day place for friends, family and many types of parties! Only a few blocks from Texas A&M University. The vision for this house was for it to be a game day fun place. Gathering with family and friends at this home is ideal for entertaining and lots of enjoyment. Inside it has a comfortable and modern décor style. There is a great gameroom with ping pong table, foosball, board games and comfortable seating area with tv. Outside there is plenty of room to relax with a nice deck area and the volleyball court and ring toss will surely be a hit! Permit #STR2020-000057

Great Location, Adequate Facilities

The house was mostly as advertised. The indoor was clean except for the floors which were dirty and didn't appear to have been mopped in a while. The kitchen and bathrooms were in great shape and well stocked. A lot of cosmetic damage to the floors and walls.The house has split levels and a lot of floor transition pieces that were tripping hazards for elderly grandparents staying with us. Currently the backyard is overgrown with bamboo and there is basically no grass, only sand, dirt, and mud when it rains. The outdoor patio was very dirty. It also had lights, but no way to plug them in. The house next door had a pile of trash including mattresses, furniture, etc in the front yard. The property worked fine for us, but was not as well maintained as it should have been, especially considering the price I paid for a graduation weekend stay.

Stood behind the product

Fun and comfy. We had some intake issues upon arrival late at night. The property manager took care of the situation and stood behind the product and made it right. I recommend them strictly on the basis of good service. That's rare these days.

Great Location

Overall this was a great place to stay. It’s close to everything and has plenty of parking. Tons of ways to stay entertained with sports and games. The only complaint is it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was still popcorn from someone in several places in the master bedroom. The master double shower definitely needs a good scrub too. Other than the cleaners slacking I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

BCS race weekend

We came to college station for the weekend to run the BCS 1/2 Marathon. The kids lived the ping pong table and arcade game. Location was perfect being close to everything we needed.

Ring Dunk Weekend

The stay was wonderful and everything inside the house was awesome. The pack man machine was a hit. Just outside was really grown up and just needed some cleaning out there. Other than that the stay was great and I’d recommend staying here.

Perfect for our weekend getaway!

My father, my daughter, and I really enjoyed the house! The backyard is awesome and the ping pong table and fooseball kept us busy when we weren’t with family. No complaints at all.
