« Our stay was great. It was located in a safe, but trendy little neighborhood east of downtown Atlanta. Lots of restaurants (Loved Tio Luchos and Osteria!) and just minutes from the Virginia Highlands which has more restaurants, bars and shopping. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Things were a little spartan but we don't travel to spend a lot of time in a room. We did eat in one night and watched baseball National League playoff. It was a great place to come back to after a day...

"La chambre était propre, mais c’était vraiment le minimum… La salle de bain avait des porte-shampoings cassés et le canapé présentait des taches inappropriées à notre arrivée. La porte de la salle de bain ne restait pas fermée et était difficile à maintenir close, d’autant plus qu’il n’y avait aucun moyen de la verrouiller. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique, mais parfois un peu trop insistant. Par exemple, lorsque nous avons demandé un menu des boissons au barman du hall, il nous a répondu sèchement qu’il n’y en avait pas, avant de nous dire, en voyant notre étonnement, qu’ils pouvaient préparer ce que nous voulions. Le personnel est souvent distrait, occupé à discuter entre eux ou sur leur téléphone, plutôt qu’à être disponible pour les clients. L’entretien des chambres manquait de régularité, les horaires de nettoyage variaient entre 8h45 et 16h pour notre chambre au troisième étage, ce qui compliquait notre organisation pour retourner dans la chambre. Pire encore, les agents d’entretien nous ont réveillés en ouvrant la porte avec leur carte magnétique (heureusement que nous avions mis la butée de porte !). Ils avaient aussi l’habitude de crier dans les couloirs pour communiquer entre eux et de mettre la musique à fond dans les chambres qu’ils nettoyaient. Le restaurant du hall était hors de prix et utilisait des sonnettes censées avertir quand la commande était prête… mais elles ne fonctionnaient jamais.
