"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

"We had a lovely week staying here end of May. The property is just as seen in the photo's. It is a great location to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside and towns. The kids loved splashing in the pool. Alex the host was very relaxed and helpful. We would definately return in future given the chance."

"A rustic Tuscan converted barn with a stunning location and views to die for. 10-minute walk (uphill) to the village for excellent restaurant options and supplies. Manu was a wonderful and accommodating host, offering a warm welcome and lots of assistance with local bookings and recommendations. BBQ dinners by the pool at dusk were a highlight!"

"We wanted to stay someplace in quiet beautiful Tuscany and this property was located perfectly. The house is a guest house and the main house is near. It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. Note, the bedroom is a loft with a sturdy steps but low ceiling."

"The pictures of this property did not disappoint. The location was perfect. Close to many beautiful locations. The views are stunning and the pool area was perfect for the hot days when we just felt like relaxing around the villa. Lucia and Roberto are exceptional hosts. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt wahrscheinlich nur wenige Häuser mit einem derart grandiosen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen; es war aber alles sauber. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Für den Pool war es leider noch etwas zu kalt. Das Dörfchen ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt eine sehr gute Pizzeria (mit sehr fairen Preisen) und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, für die man aufgrund der Straßenverhältnisse natürlich etwas...

"The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. Just be careful not to be redirected too much...

"Amazing property. We stayed in the Comfort Villa and it was a dream stay in Tuscany. Very clean and they kept it tidy during our stay. Very quiet and peaceful and felt very safe. The staff was top notch. They were extremely kind and helpful with any requests, like making recommendations for places to go in Siena, booking onsite activities like riding bikes around the property, massages at the spa, etc. We really enjoyed the wine, cheese and cut meats in their wine tasting room. Dinner was amazing with a full menu and different specials each night. Had the best lasagna in my life! Bringing back some of their delicious wine, olive oil and balsamic vinegar back home. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for making my Tuscany stay a dream come true! Hope to make it back some day! "
