Antiguo palacete de 1902 a las puertas del Parque Nacional de Guadarrama. Finca de 2500 metros con casa principal de 8 habitaciones con baño ensuite capacidad para 16 personas y dos apartamentos para 3 personas cada una. En total pueden dormir 22 personas. Solo cuando el cliente alquile la casa principal, tendrá acceso a alquilar el resto de apartamentos, atendiendo las tarifas correspondientes. Para disponer de la casa principal y de toda la finca en exclusiva será necesario reservarla con una antelación mínimo de 21 días. En caso de no cumplirse este plazo de 21 días , el cliente podría no disfrutar de la finca en exclusiva en caso se hayan alquilado los apartamentos anexos cuyo plazo de reserva se abre con 21 días de antelación. Piscina, frontón, básquet, pingpong , cenador y barbacoa. La finca esta situada en la zona noble del pueblo donde se construía casas de granito en el siglo pasado para veraneantes adinerados de Madrid. La casa esta totalmente reformada y decorada cuidando de no perder la esencia de la época. A minutos andando al casco antiguo y la iglesia del siglo 17\. Situada en zona perfecta para explorar los pueblos de la sierra noreste de Madrid. A 54 km de Segovia, a 13 km de Navacerrada, a 19km de San Lorenzo del Escorial, A 40km del aeropuerto.
