Lovely hotel but availability of services such as bar opening times and food was limited during the day. The hotel restaurant was lovely in terms of setting but the service and food portions were not great. Overall a good stay though

Rigtig flot hotel, med venligt personale og dygtigt rengøringsfolk. Jeg har aldrig været på en så rent hotel! Vi havde dsv rigtig dårligt vejr under vores ophold, så vi kunne ikke benytte hotellets dejlige poolområde.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We found the hotel to be clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, with an egg station for made-to-order eggs everyday! There’s a great spa and fitness center on site that we also took advantage of. The best part about this hotel though was the staff and how friendly and welcoming they were! I would stay here again if we ever have the chance, it was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Park. The hotel staffs are very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was great and really enjoyed the walk at the lake in early morning and night.

This was terrible. The staff were very rude and would not turn the AC on even though our room got up to 28C. We could not sleep and the staff said to open the window if it was too hot even though it was raining and the people next door were on the patio smoking so we smell like smoke and were sweating and they did nothing. Do not stay here

We stayed here for 3 nights just before the season started, and it was lovely and quiet. The staff are extremely helpful and the lake rooms are beautiful. We had housekeeping come in and clean every day we were there, which we weren't expecting. The breakfast buffet is perfect. The only things we didnt like is that you have a limit of 2 very small coffee's per person at breakfast, and the mini-bar has very limited tea/coffee, no milk and it doesn't get replenished during your stay. Also, outside the rooms there are extremely loud pest alarms going off every 15 seconds. This spoilt the peaceful atmosphere quite a bit and was very annoying. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Eine wunderschöne flache Garten-Anlage mit Bar & Restaurant, am See. Die 2 unbeheizten Pools bieten abwechselnde Massagestrahlen. Liegen und Couches sind top. Hier muss man aktuell aufpassen, da die Bretter drum herum teils lose sind. Das ganze Hotel wird demnächst renoviert! Leider mussten Handwerker ausgerechnet in dieser Woche auf unser Dach, was weder angekündigt war, noch dass uns wer sagen konnte, wie lange der Lärm fortwährt. Das Housekeeping hat Mülltüten getauscht, neue Handtücher gebracht und das Bett gemacht. Keine neuen Bezüge oder gewischt. Gerade die Reihe am Kanal hat sehr mit Stechmücken zu tun, doch es gab keine Netze oder Stecker dagegen. Das Zimmer sonst war super, vor allem das recht große Bad mit Bedee. Was noch ausbaufähig wäre, ist zusätzlicher Stauraum. Das Spa ist wunderbar mit Sauna, Dampfbad, 4-Jahreszeiten Duschen, Couch-Raum mit Heiß-und Kalt Getränken und dem Ruheraum mit Kuscheldecke. In letzterem sind ein Teil der Liegen etwas kaputt. Leider war die Salzgrotte nicht nutzbar. Für Massagen holen sie zu Zeiten, die man sich wählt, 3 externe Profis. Direkt vom Strand läuft man nur 600m durch eine kleine Parkanlage, am Hafen vorbei zum Marktplatz wo tolle Restaurants, Promenade und Shops sind. Das Beste ist jedoch das Frühstücksbuffet! Es ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen (Kuchen, Pancakes, frischer Honig, Marmeladen, Eier, Speck, Brote, Gemüse, Aufschnitt, Müslis, Obst, unm) und der Ausblick auf See und Berge ist herrlich.

7 Park is a beautiful hotel with amazing views. The rooms are a little small but overall we were comfortable and spent a lot of time outside on the patio. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and had lots of chairs. The pool was very cold but we enjoyed sitting out in the sun and staring at the mountains. Breakfast was included and was great, lots of options. We had dinner at the restaurant and would say the food was just okay (compared to all other amazing Italian food we had). Spa onsite and overall very relaxing area to vacation. Colico was not as touristy as other areas of Lake Como which we liked a lot. There was still an area along the lake to walk around and some restaurants in town. Lots of outdoor activities (boat rentals, SUP, kite surfing, horseback riding, etc.) Very close to the train station and ferry stop, a quick walk to each. We took the ferry down to Bellagio and Varenna and spent the day there. **advice to buy your return ferry ticket when you arrive at the destination because the later ferries do sellout** Would stay again, we really enjoyed it!

I am very happy with the choice to stay in this hotel. While the furniture in the rooms is minimalistic, one can go outside in the patio and enjoy the lake or walk in the area.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We booked a taxi from the airport in advance with their help. The hotel is very clean and smart. To be honest, I don't know why there are any bad reviews about this hotel. The air conditioning in the room worked and we sometimes turned it off because it worked so well (and this was during the Europe July 2023 heatwave). Very near the train station and ferry port. Nice local restaurants, a supermarket etc. The swimming pools are lovely. The cafe/bar on site is perfect. The outdoor terrace is excellent. We stayed in room 121 and loved it, beautiful views. They even give you some complimentary items in the minibar. It's very quiet and peaceful. We did a ferry day trip to busier places like Bellagio and we're very thankful we'd actually booked to stay somewhere much more calm. The only minor points I'd make are that the sliding door to the terrace is very heavy and takes a lot of effort to slide open, some people might struggle (I did) and like other reviews say, the shower does get water all over the bathroom floor around it, it's hard to avoid. But other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it!!

Wir waren zu 4 und haben je 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht für 336 Euro pro Nacht/Zimmer, was ich absolut nicht angemessen fand. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden, die Zimmer sehr klein und feucht. Aber was ich absolut schlecht fand, ist das geschrieben steht das eine Ladestation für Elektro Autos zur verfügung steht was aber nicht der fall war. Man hat uns dann auf einen Parkpkatz verwiesen (zwar nicht weit weg) , wo genau 2 Ladestationen standen . Die Lage ist zwar sehr schön, aber das Preisleistung verhältnis stimmt für uns leider nicht.

Super dejligt hotel med et par anmærkninger
Alt var godt, bortset fra at jeg havde valgt det hotel fordi der skulle være en ladeløsning til min ELBIL - den er endnu ikke installeret og så bør det ikke fremgå af deres website. Træterrasse som ligger omkring pools og som gulv på den plads man har foran sit værelse, det var så ringe lavet at der stak skurer op alle vegne.
