"Room was "clean" but the general condition of the kitchen & bathroom was not good. Damp & mouldy door frames, smells damp, curtain blind would only half shut. Whatever room was above mine had someone who stomped around & sounded like they were dragging furniture every night until around midnight. Staff were friendly to deal with via email but communication was patchy in regards to adding a towel to my room & feedback in regards to the condition of the room. "Had a lovely week staying at The Old Dairy. Property was beautiful with everything we needed. My children (aged 3 & 6) very much enjoyed exploring the gardens and swinging on the tyre swing plus it was great for my older parents too who enjoyed sitting in the courtyard with their dog! Great location for visiting Bath and Longleat. Plus plenty of walks in the immediate area. Would definitely return. Owner incredibly helpful and easy to contact."

"We could not wish for a better house for the weekend. The property was so impressive and very well equipped. It was spacious and so clean and little touches were amazing. The best part of the house was the outdoor space and the pool and hot tub which was heated and very clean. The hosts were amazing and really made the stay so special and were always on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely come back here as it’s perfect for any occasion."

"We had a wonderful stay at Francesca's House, thank you so much for the thoughtful bottle of wine and the biscuits, we enjoyed them both! The location and accommodation was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and I really like the lounging area. Altogether perfect! The only issue was the lateness of the access information but when explained that the info was given out on the day of arrival all went smoothly. Thank you Francesca, we will be back!😀"

"We had another lovely stay at the Lower Mill estate. Kids enjoyed the watersports, bike rentals, swimming and tennis and the independence of having it all within easy access. The cottage was a good space for the 2 families - 2 mums, 4 kids with a well stocked kitchen. It was a little dusty as nobody had stayed for awhile, which did also mean a lot of quite large spiders. Probably inevitable as you are so near the water but they were some of the biggest I have ever seen or had to deal with!"

"We had the most amazing stay at Tumbledown Cottage! The views are outstanding and the cottage itself is perfect for a relaxing stay. "Lovely house in great location. Took us a while to work out how to use the key but that was probably our fault! Also we were given the wrong code for back door key so could not use back door til we met laundry lady who gave us the right code! Showers were not great - some had no pressure or hot water but we managed with the ones that did work! Heating worked well. Dishwasher broken but we didn’t do any cooking so wasn’t a problem. We would definitely book this house again"

"Lower Mill Estate has a wonderful network of paths and trails around some of the most beautiful lakes in the Cotswolds. Having now stayed here for nearly two months between sellling and buying a new property I know most of the area really well. It is wonderful to see many different species of birds and water fowl and to know about the beaver project - although sadly I never actually saw a beaver. The Ballyhoo also provided much needed coffee on occasions and was always welcoming."

"A beautiful house on four floors with lovely large well kept and clean room. The kitchen was very spacious with lots of room for entertaining. The only issue I had was that when I asked for the single bedded rooms to be made up they did not get the message as this is through the virtual assistant. This was a minor issue that didn’t affect our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone as location was great and lots of facilities. "

"Stayed in a superior king size room at the Future hotel in Bristol for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean but tired looking. The en-suite was spacious and clean with separate toilet room. The bed was large and comfortable. All the staff were extremely kind and lovely, they were very polite and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were excellent, with the buffet style breakfast being exceptionally good. Plenty of choice of everything. A comfortable bar area with staff who would make any drink you wanted. Excellent. Overall, this is a very nice hotel, and is situated straight across from the shopping centres. The free parking in the multi storey car park next door was also excellent, with your ticket being validated on departure. Nothing to pay!! Wonderful. "
