"Clean room, great staff, excellent location, very helpful and prompt shuttle driver, Starbucks next to the property, convenience store also nearby. The Gulfstream restaurant had delicious food and great service quiet hotel, which I appreciated because I had to go to the airport for about 4 AM….."

"Everything was great. We got in late at night, the airport shuttle was prompt in picking us up, and the staff at the front desk had us checked in quickly. Breakfast was fresh and hot. A great start to another day of travelling. "

Sandman staff wouldn’t give me a receipt saying it had been refunded told me to contact Expedia? I don’t understand why as Expedia didn’t ask for a deposit or even state I needed to apply one? Now I have to wait up to 5 business days? "
