Fun in the sun is inevitable as beach access is just mere minutes away, and volleyball court is also accessible. Out and about, explore Sam Houston National Forest, Lake Livingston Dam, and Naskila Gaming Casino. Day trips can easily be taken to Houston (69 miles) and The Woodlands (50.8 miles).  
  
After a day spent in the sun, lounge in the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The soft sofa provides a welcoming space to sit and tune into your favorite TV shows and movies, all while being warmed by the heat of the fireplace.  
  
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and a breakfast bar. Dining as a family comes effortlessly at the sizable formal dining table.  
  
Everyone will get cozy quickly as each of the bedrooms has been adorned with soft linens and homey fixtures. For your complete convenience, appreciate the home's central air-conditioning and private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
